This paper provides a method to consider the stiffness uncertainty in aerothermoelastic analyses for hypersonic vehicles. A framework is established to analyze the aerothermoelastic response of hypersonic vehicles. To compare the analysis results of this framework with that of references, the framework proves to be feasible. Then, under this framework, the interval method is used to consider the stiffness uncertainty. With considering uncertain stiffness the aerothermoelastic displacement limits of the metal plate are obtained by interval parameter perturbation method. And some meaningful conclusions are obtained.
