The magnetic circuit is composed of a magnetic field generating coil, a Pulse Forming Network (PFN) that serves as the power source, and a drive circuit consisting mainly of IGBT. The magnetic field generating coil was fabricated with a length l = 8.5 mm and an inner diameter di = 12 mm, and the PFN consists of a capacitor (730 \u03bcF) and a coil (7.0 \u03bcH). The magnetic field generating coil is supplied with a maximum of 1 kA for a short period of about 200 \u00b5s. In this study, we verified the operation of the driving circuit and measured the magnetic field of the magnetic field generating coil. As a result, it was confirmed that the drive circuit drives the magnetic circuit within 1.27 ms from the trigger signal.
