Numerical simulation was carried out to investigate the aerodynamic performance and variable geometric rules of the inlet. In addition, passive control methods were used to improve the performance. The result indicated that the initial inlet basically met the design request over a wide speed range expect Ma3 and Ma3.5.Using geometric modification and suction case could improve inlet performance.
